These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by LILE | Landscape Architecture.

Scope of Services

LILE | Landscape Architecture provides:

• Landscape architecture and planning

• Green infrastructure and nature-based solutions

• Concept design, detailed planning, and project coordination

• Implementation support when explicitly agreed

Implementation works are only included if separately contracted in writing.

Offers & Contracts

Offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise. A contract is concluded only upon written confirmation.

Fees & Invoicing

Fees are agreed individually per project. Invoices may be issued from Austria or Romania, depending on the project location and contractual arrangement.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, visualizations, and documents remain the intellectual property of LILE | Landscape Architecture unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.

Applicable Law

Applicable law is determined by the country from which the service is invoiced, unless otherwise agreed.
